Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a skilled Carpenter to deliver high-quality reactive repairs within our social housing properties in Andover. This is a permanent contract with a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Carry out all aspects of carpentry work, including door hanging, skirting, architraves, kitchen units, etc.
* Attend and resolve various repair requests in occupied properties, ensuring efficient service.
* Work within reactive repairs, responding swiftly to maintenance needs and ensuring minimal disruption for tenants.
* Prepare and refurbish void properties, making them ready for new tenants.
* Basic knowledge of plumbing, tiling, or other trades is desired but not essential.
* Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and company standards.

**Requirements:**

* Experience in carpentry, preferably within the social housing sector.
* Must have your own tools.
* Relevant carpentry qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
* Full clean UK driving license.

**Role Benefits:**

* Salary: £34,000 per annum.
* Tool allowance & Flexible benefits pot: Up to £800 annually.
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
