Senior Estimator Role
About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our Bid department and contribute to the continued growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Download and file Tender enquiries in line with company procedures.
- Prepare quote templates and proposed product information.
- Negotiate with supply partners for discounts, payments, and terms.
- Attend pre and post-tender meetings with clients to discuss quotes.
- Support and advise Graduate estimators.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel skills to analyze data and create reports.
- Experience with AutoCAD and 3D software is advantageous.
- Collaborate with the team to produce winning bids and tenders for high-profile projects.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Design, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating roles within a comparable organization.
- Previous experience in FF&E, fitout, and furniture environments is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with AutoCAD and 3D software is desirable.
