The ideal candidate will be located near key areas, with the requirement for regular travel across various locations. A clean driving license and personal vehicle are essential for this role.

Role Responsibilities
We are in pursuit of a Lettings Consultant who is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. This is a thrilling opportunity for a lettings professional to become part of a rapidly expanding organization. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of lettings and renewals, with a focus on delivering first-rate customer service and ensuring maximum occupancy of properties. You will serve as the primary contact for customers from their initial inquiries through to their move-in process.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating the online marketing efforts for available properties in partnership with the Marketing Manager, ensuring that listings and property details are consistently updated and accurate.
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, responding to customer requests and viewing appointments promptly and effectively.
- Facilitating property viewings and negotiating offers with potential tenants to drive occupancy.
- Managing tenancy applications, including referencing, Right to Rent checks, and the signing of tenancy agreements.
- Enhancing customer retention by initiating discussions regarding lease renewals.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all lettings activities.
- Collaborating with third-party agents as necessary.
- Working alongside the Head of Lettings to conduct rental market appraisals.
- Meeting operational KPIs such as occupancy rates, lease-up targets, net income, and customer satisfaction.
- Providing regular performance reports on lettings to the Head of Lettings.
- Undertaking additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly skilled individual who possesses:
- Experience in real estate and residential lettings, preferably in Build to Rent (BTR) or Private Rental Sector (PRS).
- Exceptional customer service abilities, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a genuine passion for the industry.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- The capability to work independently, confidently making informed decisions and taking initiative in accordance with company policies.
- Proficiency in presenting and interpreting information accurately and professionally.
