Law Staff Ltd is a rapidly expanding firm specializing in employment, family, private client law, and dispute resolution. Role Overview

The private client department in Tunbridge Wells is undergoing expansion. We are seeking a solicitor with experience working in a busy private client department in a large regional or well-known firm to join our team.

  1. Report to the Head of Private Client
  2. Advise on complex inheritance tax issues
  3. Draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
  4. Manage estate administration
  5. Handle applications to the court of protection
Requirements

We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to work under their own initiative. The ideal candidate will be commercially astute with demonstrable business development skills, excellent technical ability, and experience in a similar role within a large regional or well-known firm. Strong IT and document management skills are also essential, as is excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to be flexible.
