About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Residential team at Oculus Legal Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing property transactions, ensuring legal compliance, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Management: Oversee property transactions from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property transactions.
  • Document Review: Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents and property searches to ensure compliance.
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare contracts, transfer deeds, and other necessary documentation for property transactions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to transactions.
Requirements
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Conveyancing Experience: Previous experience in conveyancing, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
