Radiology Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrator to join our Radiology team at Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital.
As an Administrator - Radiology, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Radiology department, including radiology bookings, administration of the radiology reporting system, and image download service.
You will also have the opportunity to be involved in the clinical side of the role, assisting in ultrasound and MRI clinics as a chaperone and general assistant to the radiographers and radiologists.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Radiology department, including radiology bookings and administration of the radiology reporting system.
- Assist in ultrasound and MRI clinics as a chaperone and general assistant to the radiographers and radiologists.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
- Previous experience in medical administration or a clinical role in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work in an administration and clinical environment.
- Efficiency and a caring outlook.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including early, late, and weekend shifts.
