Volunteer Role: Retail Support Associate

Are you enthusiastic about assisting others and thrive in a lively atmosphere? Become a part of our team as a Retail Support Associate, where you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, assemble furniture, evaluate electronics, and uphold a tidy shop environment. This position encompasses more than just physical duties, offering you a chance to take on a diverse range of responsibilities.

Main Duties:

  • Providing assistance to customers both in-store and via phone
  • Maintaining organization and cleanliness within the shop
  • Assembling flat-pack furniture items
  • Working collaboratively with fellow volunteers and staff members
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Identifying distinctive items for online sales

Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

Location:

Our retail locations are situated throughout Kent and Sussex, encompassing furniture outlets and a warehouse.
