Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Server to join our team at Ochre, a fine dining restaurant located in a prestigious setting. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and allocate duties to waitstaff as needed.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and tact.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and uphold the ambiance of the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Waiter or Server in a similar supervisory role within a fine dining establishment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Knowledge of wine and fine dining etiquette is advantageous.
