Job Title: Teaching Assistant

At GSL Education, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in Harlow. As a key member of our educational support team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance, fostering a growth mindset and promoting academic success.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, ensuring a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to implement effective behavior management strategies and promote a culture of respect and empathy.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting student success and well-being.
  • Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team to enhance the overall learning environment.
