Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team in Scarborough. As a Community Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and supporting the growth and development of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of pharmacists and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance and efficiency
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including staff management and inventory control
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the pharmacy remains competitive

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Pharmacy
  • Active GPhC pin
  • Experience in a high item store
  • 1+ years management experience
  • Live within a commutable distance to Scarborough (or willing to relocate)
