We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax Recruitment. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our clients and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare Tax Advisory Reports: Develop and present comprehensive tax advisory reports covering a wide range of tax-specific topics.
- Calculate IHT Computations: Calculate Inheritance Tax computations and assist with Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) and Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) applications.
- Lead Share Restructuring Projects: Lead share restructuring projects and implement share schemes to optimize tax efficiency.
- Develop Client Exit Strategies: Develop client exit strategies and identify tax planning opportunities to minimize tax liabilities.
- Communicate with Clients: Communicate with clients on technical tax matters and represent them in dealings with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
- Manage HMRC Enquiries: Manage HMRC enquiries into personal and corporate tax returns.
- Support Junior Team Members: Provide support and guidance to junior team members to ensure their professional development.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), or Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) with a strong background in tax advisory services.
You will be a dynamic and experienced professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide expert tax advice to our clients.
