Role Overview:

If you have a passion for assisting customers and a strong interest in retail, the Retail Customer Advisor position at 8Bits is perfect for you. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering guidance, responding to inquiries, and offering tailored service. Your contribution will be vital in fostering a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers upon entering the store, providing expert advice and product suggestions.
  • Offer comprehensive information regarding products, services, and promotions to aid customers in making informed choices.
  • Facilitate product demonstrations and guide customers throughout their purchasing journey.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage any issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Support the sales team in reaching store objectives by actively promoting products and upselling when suitable.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to deliver the best service possible.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and a positive work environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
