Main Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including electrical and plumbing systems, to identify potential issues.
  • Install and repair equipment, including appliances and fixtures, to maintain a high level of quality and safety.
  • Manage and maintain the upkeep of our gardens and outdoor spaces, including lawn maintenance and waste management.
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in accordance with established quality standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with our facilities team to plan and implement maintenance projects, including renovations and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
