Job Summary:

Swanstaff Ltd is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Event Staff/Labourers. This role involves a variety of tasks including litter picking, toilet attending, parking attending, and general maintenance at various events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Litter Picking: Ensure event grounds are kept clean by collecting and disposing of litter.
  • Toilet Attending: Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of toilet facilities, restocking supplies as necessary.
  • Parking Attending: Direct event attendees to appropriate parking areas, ensuring safe and efficient use of parking space.
  • General Maintenance: Assist with the setup, maintenance, and teardown of event facilities and equipment.
Non-Event Duties:
  • General Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairs, painting, and landscaping to keep the site in excellent condition.
  • Industrial Cleaning: Conduct deep cleaning of industrial areas, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Valid UK Driving Licence: Must hold a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility: Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by event schedules.
Desirable Skills:
  • Event Management: Previous experience in event management or labourer roles.
  • Health and Safety: Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Communication: Good communication and customer service skills.
