Healthcare Support Worker

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting vulnerable adults with their daily living needs, empowering them to maintain their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to elderly residents
  • Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding
  • Engage in social activities and provide companionship
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for caring for the elderly
  • In-Person Moving and Handling training certificate or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
