As a Senior Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing commercial aspects of our projects, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, and variation management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a range of commercial aspects, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, and variation management.
  • Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective contract administration and change control processes.
  • Conduct cost checking and analysis of labour, plant, and materials to minimize risk and maximize value.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Degree in BSc Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or equivalent experience/memberships.
  • Experience working on multi-million civil engineering projects, ideally with experience in the nuclear sector.
  • NEC contract experience, ideally NEC 4.
  • Experience with electronic contract administration tools.
