SEN Teacher Position

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at a special needs school in North London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting young individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply positive behaviour support strategies throughout teaching
- Use a range of motivating resources to engage learners
- Adapt support style to meet the needs of learners across various ages
- Contribute to the overall vision and values of the school
- Ability to solve problems quickly and remain calm under pressure
- Physical and emotional resilience to work with autistic children/young people who may exhibit challenging behaviour
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good appreciation of health and safety principles and equal opportunities
