Job Title: Acupuncture Therapist

OneSpaWorld LLC is seeking a skilled Acupuncture Therapist to join our team on board luxury cruise ships. As an Acupuncture Therapist, you will have the opportunity to administer high-quality acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatments to our guests, while also educating them about the benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer acupuncture treatments to guests
  • Provide consultations and education on TCM
  • Manage multiple treatment rooms simultaneously
  • Conduct 10-minute consultations on acupuncture and Chinese herbs
  • Publicly speak on TCM topics
  • Work in a sales-oriented environment
  • Basic computer knowledge required
  • Fluency in English required
Requirements:
  • United States acupuncturists must hold a current valid state license and/or be certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM)
  • Acupuncturists educated outside the United States must have graduated from a program that is educationally equivalent to that of the United States
  • Ability to successfully provide acupuncture treatments
  • Ability to manage multiple treatment rooms simultaneously
  • Ability to conduct 10-minute consultations about acupuncture and Chinese herbs
  • Ability to publicly speak on TCM topics
  • Comfortable working in a sales-oriented job
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Fluency in English required
