  • Meet performance targets as per Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), demonstrating a commitment to excellence
  • Meet specific order requirements as directed, adapting to changing priorities and demands
  • Operate equipment according to training guidelines, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
  • Adhere to a clean-as-you-go policy, focusing on recycling and waste management practices
  • Wear and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, prioritizing safety and well-being
  • Undertake additional Warehouse Operative tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Operating all required Material Handling Equipment (MHE) for operational needs, ensuring safe and efficient use
  • Reasonable verbal and numerical reasoning skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player with an adaptable training approach, demonstrating a positive and conscientious attitude
  • Conscientious, reliable, and positive working attitude, with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • FLT license (Reach essential, counterbalance desirable), with a focus on developing skills and expertise
