Regency Living Park Supervisor/General Manager

Regency Living is a family-owned business that offers a curated collection of luxury park bungalow communities in desirable locations across the UK. We are seeking a Park Supervisor/General Manager to oversee our holiday park in Rutland, Leicestershire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the grounds and maintenance teams to ensure communal areas are immaculately maintained and maintenance jobs are completed on time.
  • Work with our Health and Safety Manager to ensure the park meets and exceeds all Health and Safety obligations.
  • Select, train, motivate, and develop staff by leading by example and taking a practical approach.
  • Support the sales and aftersales team with the handover of new homes to residents.
  • Communicate with local authorities, internal departments, and colleagues to ensure compliance with site licence rules.
  • Conduct regular park inspections to ensure signage, roads, equipment, and communal facilities are well-maintained.
  • Provide practical solutions to resident enquiries, calls, and problems in accordance with Regency Living standards and site licence rules.
  • Complete weekly/monthly Park Supervisor reports and attend regular meetings with the Operations team.

A level of physical fitness is required, as is a high degree of numeracy and literacy, and a commitment to customer service. If you can demonstrate leadership skills, are IT literate, and able to multi-task, we would love to hear from you.
