About the Role
As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and training our baristas in the art of crafting great coffee. You'll lead from the front, inspiring your team to make every customer experience an awesome one.
About You
We're looking for friendly and approachable individuals who love to work as part of a team. You should be passionate about coffee, customer service, and training others. You'll be a role model for our baristas, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
