About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ELCORA ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS PLLC. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse environment, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to maximize equipment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks, including painting and plumbing, and liaise with contractors as needed to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support the development and progression of onsite apprentices, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their roles.
  • Work on continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices across multiple EU sites.
About the Team

Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is dedicated to maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers. We work together to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, from installing automated packaging systems to overseeing general maintenance and repairing key distribution equipment.

Requirements
  • Served a full Engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject (City & Guilds Level 3, SVQ/IVQ).
  • Relevant experience as a qualified engineer, with a strong background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
  • Advanced proficiency in the local language verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Apprentice Trained, HNC, HND, BSc, BEng.
  • Experience in condition-based monitoring.
  • Experience working with print and apply machines.
  • Experience in faultfinding and maintaining conveyor or automation systems.
