We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role:

  • As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for negotiating lettings agreements with clients and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • You will work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Win new business and maintain existing client relationships
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate lettings agreements
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of between GBP18,000 and GBP19,000 per annum
  • A car allowance and bonuses for meeting sales targets
  • A realistic on-target earnings of up to GBP26,000 per annum
  • A 5-day working week, including Saturdays, with a day off during the week
