Database Architect

ASB Resources is seeking a skilled Database Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in designing, developing, and maintaining robust database systems that power our critical applications.

• Design and Develop: You will be responsible for crafting efficient, scalable, and secure database solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our business.
• Collaboration is Key: Work closely with software developers and system administrators to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and seamless integration of databases into our existing infrastructure.
• Data Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of backend data integration, architecture, and performance tuning to optimize data flow and ensure efficient query processing.
• Migration & High Availability: Contribute to database migration projects and implement high availability options to guarantee continuous data accessibility and minimize downtime.
• Deployment & Maintenance: Develop comprehensive deployment strategies and oversee the ongoing maintenance of databases across various environments.
• Data Warehousing & Cloud Solutions: Gain experience working with data warehouses and large-scale data repositories, as well as implementing solutions for managing data in cloud environments.
• Data Security & Integrity: Prioritize data security, integrity, and accuracy by implementing robust safeguards and adhering to best practices.
• Process Automation & Documentation: Automate routine tasks, track issues effectively, and maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations and changes.
