About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team at The Fuelcard Company Ltd. As a key member of our Business Performance Team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and projects
  • Provide analytical support to the leadership team to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
