About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Anaesthetist to join our team at Sterling Cross Ltd. As a leading provider of elective healthcare services, we are committed to delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert anaesthetic care to patients undergoing elective procedures, with a focus on orthopaedics, ophthalmology, ENT, urology, and gynaecology.
  • Work closely with Consultants across electives to develop and implement clinical quality standards and audit/clinical governance initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of Clinical Quality Standards and participate in clinical governance initiatives.
  • Provide expert clinical opinion during the pre-operative assessment stage.

Requirements:

  • Full GMC and Specialist registration with substantial evidence of practice in target area (relevant to Consultant Anaesthetist).
  • High level of experience in anaesthetics for elective procedures, to encompass day case, inpatient, and outpatient care.
