Primary EYFS Teacher Job Description

We are seeking an experienced EYFS teacher to join our team at a Primary school in the St Austell area. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to our young students, working closely with a dynamic team of teachers and teaching assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality EYFS lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure a smooth transition between home and school

Requirements:

  • Qualified EYFS teacher with experience in a Primary school setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
