About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Team Leader to join our team at Blackstar Amplification Ltd. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled software developers and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software developers and ensure efficient project delivery
  • Manage the development of scalable firmware and software using a structured approach
  • Plan and communicate project milestones to stakeholders
  • Maintain best practices within the software team
  • Administer the sprint process and support product delivery
  • Assist with project planning, scoping, and problem-solving
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background and experience in software development. The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in a technical disciplineMinimum 5 years' experience in a commercial software environmentExperience with Agile Scrum/Sprint planning principlesStrong people management skills and experience as a formal line managerExperience with project ownership and coordinationMethodical approach with a structured mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage working time effectively and prioritize assignmentsAbout Blackstar Amplification Ltd
