Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Anderselite. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing a large infrastructure project with a budget of £40 million.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the project's financial aspects, ensuring timely and accurate submission of monthly applications.
  • Agree monthly applications with the client's Quantity Surveyor.
  • Record and value all additional works.
  • Conduct on-site measures and re-measures from drawings.
  • Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors.
  • Monitor progress against the project programme and notify potential delays.
  • Monitor costs.

Requirements:

  • 9 GCSEs grade A-C, including Maths and English.
  • Degree qualification in a construction-based course.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the industry.
  • IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • UK Driving Licence.

Package:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5pm.
  • Mixture of office and site-based work.
  • Salary and benefits dependent on applicant.
