About the Role

We are seeking a skilled General Practitioner to join our team at HMP Thameside, a category B resettlement prison in South-East London. As a GP, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

In this role, you will work closely with a fully staffed specialist mental health and inpatient team, as well as two Advanced Nurse Practitioners. You will have the opportunity to take on a rotational role between HMP Thameside and HMP Belmarsh, providing a diverse range of clinical experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end care to patients, including those with mental health and substance misuse needs
  • Work collaboratively with the specialist mental health and inpatient team
  • Participate in rotational roles between HMP Thameside and HMP Belmarsh

Salary and Benefits
