**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of site staff, including subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct site inductions and ensure that all personnel are aware of site procedures and protocols
  • Review and approve RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) documents
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and incident reports
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that work meets the required standards
  • Manage and maintain site equipment and resources, including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
  • Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
  • CSCS Manager Card
  • First Aid at Work certification
  • Experience of managing construction sites, preferably with a focus on roofing
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and project management software
