We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at Adecco UK Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site services contractor relationships and ensure effective communication with all areas of the factory.
  • Create and manage SAP Purchase Orders (POs) for site service activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate job planning and site services activities, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
  • Oversee daily chemical stock management, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Site Services Office, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with yard queries, arrange waste collections, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Process and approve invoices for Site Services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Raise work permits for general works, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a facilities management environment, preferably with a focus on site services.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
