Job Title: Wealth Planning Director

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Planning Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our wealth planning strategy, leading a team of wealth planners, and providing expert advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement our wealth planning strategy, aligned with our business objectives
  • Lead a team of wealth planners, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional client service
  • Provide expert advice to clients on wealth planning, tax, and estate planning, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their financial situation and goals
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as private banking and investment management, to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our wealth planning services
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in wealth planning, with a strong understanding of tax, estate planning, and financial planning principles
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Chartered Financial Planner (CFP) or equivalent qualification, with a strong understanding of financial planning principles and practices
