Mobile Plant Fitter Opportunity

Manton Forklifts Ltd is seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team based out of our Llay, Wrexham depot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain all machines to high standards expected by customers and the company.
  • Attend customer sites, service, and repair all machine types to a high standard.
  • Work efficiently to fulfill machine breakdowns with on-site repair and maintenance.
  • Maintain high standards of representation on site.
  • Capture and document relevant data with supporting images while work is in progress.
Requirements:
  • Full Clean UK Driving Licence (max 6 penalty points).
  • Experience in working with Industrial Forklifts and Plant.
  • Own tools are essential.
  • Knowledge of fault finding and repairs on all small to large scale machinery.
  • Welding/fabrication experience beneficial.
  • Able to log and document work carried out in detail.
  • Good communications skills both written and verbal.
  • Good team player & self-motivated.
  • Basic IT skills required for PDA device.
