The Senior Building Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will provide expert advice to a range of clients, across various sectors, including retail, industrial, office, and leisure.
Your role as the chosen Senior Building Surveyor will be to carry out a full spectrum of building consultancy services, including contract administration, project management, dilapidations, and other related tasks.
This is an opportunity for a well-seasoned Senior Building Surveyor to progress within a close-knit team, with full autonomy to work on an exciting portfolio of clients.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a capable and self-sufficient Senior Building Surveyor, who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a wider team and who is driven to succeed.
Requirements
- MRICS qualified
- A consultancy or private practice background
- Well-rounded service line knowledge
