About the Role

MHR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Project Management Office, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of project managers and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and standards to ensure consistency and quality across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and ensure the effective deployment of resources.
  • Work closely with the Project Management Office to manage the asset base of the portfolio and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and ensure that potential issues are identified and addressed promptly.
  • Champion and promote the use of project management methodologies and best practices across the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing HR/Payroll Systems projects and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of project managers.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues promptly.
