About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our central Finance function, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly management accounts
  • Post journals and provide variance analysis to inform business decisions
  • Support the annual budget and forecasting process to ensure accurate financial planning
  • Collate and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and risk management
  • Partner with the wider business to provide financial guidance and support
Requirements
  • Qualified (ACCA/CIMA) with experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Self-motivated and confident with business partnering
  • Analytical and data-driven with expertise in business intelligence reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of financial systems
  • Willingness to learn and continue developing
