Role Overview

The Finance Business Partner will collaborate closely with Client Partners to deliver financial guidance, analysis, and strategic recommendations aimed at driving improvements. This role is essential in forecasting, budgeting, and recognizing trends to support clients in meeting their objectives.

  • Collaborate with Client Partners and designated clients
  • Deliver commercial analysis and actionable insights
  • Oversee forecasting and budgeting processes for clients
  • Leverage data analytics to pinpoint risks and guide decision-making
  • Engage with group finance and front office teams
  • Challenge stakeholders regarding expenses and propose cost-reduction strategies
  • Maintain financial schedules for reporting and audits
  • Present monthly financial analyses and variance reports
  • Assist the Audit team with necessary requests
  • Foster a positive culture within the finance team and across the organization

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Familiarity with the marketing sector is advantageous
  • Capacity to work collaboratively and proactively
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is beneficial

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. This role requires a team-oriented individual who can effectively convey financial information and cultivate strong working relationships.

Work Environment

This position offers flexible working arrangements with 2-3 days in the office each week. Candidates may work from various locations with opportunities for occasional travel.
