About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes and communities.

Our ideal candidate will have a caring and empathetic nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with autism or non-verbal clients is desirable, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Supporting individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and mental well-being
