We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team in Bradford. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in client services, ideally in a marketing agency environment. You will be a confident presence with your clients, offering a consultative approach to fully explain what the agency can deliver, to ensure the client's growth and success.
You will also have line management experience, as you will be required to lead junior colleagues, perform appraisals and 1-2-1s, and play a role in their development and progression. Line management experience is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be equally strategic and commercially-minded, and focused on driving organic growth of your accounts, working collaboratively with various teams across the agency. You will be confident, good with numbers, cool under pressure, and a great communicator, both verbal and written.
