About Agincare Group Ltd

Agincare, a leading social care organization, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to support their Live-in Care operations in the North of England. This is a field-based role, covering the North region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and senior operations support on behalf of the Managing Director for all clinical services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Contribute to the strategic development and growth of live-in care, with a specific focus on enabling expansion of quality support to working-age adults in the community.
  • Line manage the Operational Support Supervisor and provide quality assurance for the company.
  • Grow the breadth of people supported in the community, with a particular focus on expanding the quality of support for individuals with long-term chronic and life-limiting conditions.
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of the workforce and the people supported.

Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of Health and Social Care, with a passion for person-centered care.
  • Extensive knowledge of CQC regulations and ability to apply them.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Relevant nursing qualification and registration with the NMC.
