We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our team at a leading International law firm. As a key member of the firm's tax strategy and compliance team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of tax strategies to optimize the firm's global tax position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Tax Strategies: Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the firm's global tax position, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide Expert Tax Advice: Provide expert tax advice and guidance to senior management and partners on all tax-related matters.
  • Manage Tax Returns and Filings: Manage the preparation and review of all partnership tax returns and filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Manage External Relationships: Manage relationships with external tax advisors and regulatory authorities across various jurisdictions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead and Mentor: Lead, mentor, and develop the international tax team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor Tax Legislation: Monitor changes in international tax legislation and assess their impact on the firm, ensuring proactive and effective management of tax risks.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience: Wealth of experience in partnership tax management, with a proven record of accomplishment in handling partnership tax returns.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
