Position Overview:
Recsure Personnel Ltd is actively looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to support a client in the Telford region. This is a full-time, permanent role with a standard Monday to Friday work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems including motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, and fans.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems and logic controllers.
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams.
- Supervise maintenance personnel and subcontractors.
- Perform regular inspections to identify and address maintenance requirements efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain organized workspaces.
Qualifications:
- Extensive mechanical expertise with a focus on troubleshooting and repairs.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems and logic controllers.
- Ability to comprehend and analyze technical schematics.
- Strong customer service skills paired with effective communication abilities.
- Proficient in English for documentation and communication purposes.
- Experience in machinery maintenance within the food sector is advantageous.
