Senior Interior Designer Job Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join their dynamic team. As a leading design studio, they specialize in high-end hospitality projects, including bars, arcades, and experiential leisure venues, as well as luxury residential interior design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of design projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring each project meets the highest standards of design and quality.
  • Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
  • Engage with clients to understand their vision, present design concepts, and effectively integrate feedback to achieve desired results.
Requirements:
  • Experience in leading design projects, with a strong focus on hospitality projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is a must; experience with SketchUp is a plus.
  • Familiarity with US design standards and previous experience working in the US is advantageous.
  • Ability to travel in the UK and internationally.
  • Strong technical skills with a keen attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
Benefits:
  • £50,000 - £55,000 salary (D.O.E.).
