- Collaborate with contract growers and winemaking contracts, fostering strong relationships and securing high-quality grape supplies.
- Thrive in a team environment with a can-do attitude, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bring experience in budget management and operational roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Exhibit skilled resource planning and team management, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals.
- A valid driver's license is desirable due to the business location.
