Murray Recruitment is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Administrator to join their team in Livingston.

This role involves working as part of a team, reporting to the Manager, and being responsible for customer assistance, work planning, and general administration support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate PPM and Reactive tasks
  • Manage engineers' workload and prioritize tasks
  • Handle client inquiries and respond to their needs
  • Process job sheets and generate Purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers
  • Communicate with subcontractors on projects and maintain system updates
  • Manage contract administration and ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Helpdesk or Contract Administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in IT and able to learn new systems
  • Effective team player with a proactive approach

Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday schedule, from 8am to 5pm
  • Salary based on experience and qualifications
  • 33 days off, including annual leave and statutory bank holidays
