About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team at BJF Group. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' air conditioning systems.

Your primary focus will be on servicing, fault-finding, and repairing air conditioning units, including VRV VRF's, split units, and chillers. You will also be responsible for providing maintenance and inspection services for all units on site, as well as completing small works, installations, and refurbs of AC cooling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing all AC units at prestigious commercial dwellings
  • Fault finding and repairs of air conditioning systems; VRV VRF's, split units, chillers
  • Providing maintenance and inspection of all units on sites
  • Completing small works, installations and refurbs of AC cooling equipment
  • General ad-hoc maintenance tasks when required
  • Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works / tasks completed within KPI's
  • A Current F gas category one certificate
  • Previous experience in same or similar role
  • NVQ level 2 in HVAC
