Key Responsibilities
As a Temporary Secondary Educator, you will be responsible for effectively delivering instruction to secondary school students across Key Stages 3-4. Your duties will include:
- Delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Differentiating instruction to cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Employing a variety of teaching methodologies to enhance student learning.
- Maintaining excellent classroom management and fostering positive relationships with students.

Candidate Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
- Hold a PGCE in relevant subjects from an accredited institution.
- Have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
- Experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting is essential.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons for KS3 and KS4 across varying ability levels.
- Exhibit excellent behaviour management and classroom control skills.
