Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Anchor Hanover. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also leading and managing a team of care staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Provide training and development opportunities to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in health and social care (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
