Our Vision: As a growing small business with a solid reputation built over 8 years, we are currently experiencing high demand and are seeking a passionate individual to enhance our team. Our establishment accommodates 35 guests indoors and expands to an additional 25 seats outdoors during the summer months. We are set to increase our indoor capacity to 50 this January.
Role Expectations: We are in search of a candidate with a strong background in culinary arts, particularly in seafood, who can consistently prepare delectable fish dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development of seasonal menus and signature dishes
- Conducting daily kitchen inspections
- Ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Cooking and presenting all menu items
- Preparing ingredients for service
- Designing weekly specials
Ideal Candidate: A genuine enthusiasm for seafood and fish is essential, along with relevant experience in this culinary field. We foster a close-knit, friendly team environment and maintain a well-equipped kitchen.
Availability: We are looking for someone who can start immediately, with flexible working hours available. Our establishment is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
